We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our European Loyalty Marketing team. As a growth hacker you will optimize our user journeys and ways of working with the goal to accelarte growth. Working hand in hand with performance managers you will define the various journey funnels, feed data, monitor, report performance and drive performance improvements. In addition to acting as a source of early warning of funnel issues, you will lead the work to analyse data from multiple sources and track the various PIs and KPIs of the team and generate hypothesis for feature developments.
You'll need to be great with data analysis, have good communication skills and a thorough understanding of how businesses work and where opportunities lie. The right person is a data aficionado and insights driven, has a growth and optimization mindset, a strong digital marketing and sales acumen and is passionate about delivering both consumer centric experiences and business targets.
In this role, you will report to the European Head of Loyalty Marketing. You will also work closely together with the Consumer data & analytics team, the extended marketing team and the consumer service and sales organizations both on a European and country level.
Key areas of responsibilities
CONTINOUS OPTIMISATION: Analyse consumer behaviour at various touchpoints and through various data sources, identify behaviour patterns and develop improvement hypothesis. Test & execute ideas, initiatives throughout the entire user journey in order to create growth. Use insights derived from data to help prioritise experimentation & development backlogs through collaboration with performance managers.
FUNNEL MONITORING: Build funnel trackers to support optimisation for various journeys - product onboarding, repair/service and outbound communications. Understand customer engagement via data analysis and provide insights, that affect key conversion points in the sales funnel, and exploit those insights. Continuously monitor, follow up and report KPIs for the funnel, holistically.
CLUSTER COACHING: Guide & coach the markets, across Europe, in consuming performance data and monitor their local performance. Engage with clusters and provide reporting service to our markets across the various funnels.

Minimum requirements
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, information systems or another quantitative field and around 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Business background
• Extensive experience of data analysis & growth hacking, ie constantly measuring and coming up with new marketing activities to increase conversion
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics land optimization tools (Certifications in Google Search, Analytics, Bing etc. is meriting).
• Strong stakeholder management experience, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
