ABOUT BOWER

Bower's vision is to make recycling a rewarding no-brainer and create a world free from trash. They're aiming to become the first impact tech unicorn in Sweden, helping +1B consumers make sustainable choices by rewarding them for doing the right thing. They have developed a world-unique mobile app that rewards recycling of all consumer packaging at regular recycling bins.

They are currently a team of 10 people with their office at Norrsken House, Birger Jarlsgatan 57C.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with acquisition, activation and retention in order to identify high-leverage opportunities that maximize growth
• Experiment with different channels and find new areas to expand the marketing activities, owning execution, analysis and scaling the best opportunities
• Think beyond acquisition to effectively grow the customer base, re-engage and retain them
• Explore opportunities across different geographies to grow the brand through a combination of market and marketing best practices
• Manage KPIs and A/B test ideas
• Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and apply CRO hacks
• Scale and automate the growth processes
• Collaborate and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of growth marketing and app marketing experience
• High proficiency with app analytics tools such as AppAnnie, SensorTower, Appfigures or similar
• Experience with growth hackings tools for A/B testing and marketing automation
• Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
• Experience across a variety of channels including paid social, search and display
• Editing and copywriting skills
• Fluency in English
