What you'll do at Elekta
As our new Group Transformation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving one of Elekta's Must-Win Battles (MWB), mobilizing cross-functional teams and ensuring step-change business outcomes on high-stakes, time-sensitive initiatives. You'll work directly with the Executive team and senior leaders across regions and functions to set the ambition, define the roadmap, and embed new ways of working that deliver measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the MWB owner with end-to-end accountability: defining success metrics, value case, roadmaps, milestones, and stage-gates.
Leading day-to-day program execution, removing blockers, aligning resources, and proactively managing risks.
Establishing and running transformation governance (cadence, forums, materials) that enables fast, high-quality decisions by Executives and business owners.
Driving high-impact problem solving with data-driven analysis and structured approaches.
Institute value realization frameworks and reporting baseline/target/actual performance.
Supporting change management: stakeholder mapping, communications, training, and adoption planning.
Driving cross-functional collaboration across the business and group functions (finance, people, capability building).
Leading the bi-weekly MWB steering committee with the CEO, CFO, VP Transformation and preparing Board updates.
Acting as a visible change leader to embed cultural and behavioral shifts across Elekta.
The right stuff
Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and align MWB initiatives with Elekta's long-term strategy.
Results-oriented with a passion for measurable outcomes, accountability, and value realization.
Strong influencer and communicator who secures executive sponsorship and rallies diverse teams.
Resilient and adaptable under pressure; thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
Collaborative but assertive: able to challenge the status quo while building coalitions across silos.
Highly credible, trustworthy, and effective at leading through influence.
What you bring
Proven experience driving major transformations at scale.
Minimum 3+ years in top-tier consulting (2nd year Associate, 1st year Case Leader/Engagement Manager level) ; healthcare or med-tech experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, large-scale program leadership, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
Change leadership experience in cultural and behavioral transformation.
What you'll get
In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care. In addition to this, Elekta offers a range of benefits.
30 paid vacation days/year, additional 4 Elekta days off /year (plus bank holidays)
