We are looking for a person, with a strategic mindset and ability to challenge existing practices, to join our Core Corporate Function Sustainability & Innovation, based at Skanska Group headquarter in Stockholm.
The function consists of ten persons situated in Stockholm, and the role is part of the Sustainability Management and Reporting Team. As Sustainability Supply Chain Manager you have a unique opportunity to challenge and drive change and continuous improvement within the Sustainability area.

Job description
This is a strategic role that contributes to the development of sustainability as a key strategic area for Skanska, closely connected to our business and offering. Sustainability is as well core to our values and brand, thereby contributing to the competitiveness and attractiveness of our company.
A sustainable supply chain is part of Skanska's strategy to achieve sustainability targets and to mitigate business risks. The role focuses on ensuring good responsible supply chain management and follow up, at Group and business unit level. The role is involved in the strategic development as well as strengthening business units and Group 's management of sustainability related issues in the supply chain. The operational responsibility for procurement and supply chain management lies at the business unit level, however this role, ensures knowledge sharing, best practice, structures to drive improvements and follow up.
Main assignment
* Drive strategic development as well as strengthening business units and Group 's management of sustainability related issues in the supply chain.
* Responsible for sustainable sourcing covering all sustainability areas. Identify and support business units to manage risks related to supply chain which can have impact on Skanska. Create a guideline for responsible sourcing.
* Responsible for group overview of our business units work with responsible supply chain and for answering ad hoc request for sustainability information from internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide the leadership team with analysis for decision-making
* Collaborate with business units and other group functions to drive sustainability and work on any sustainability task when needed.
* Contribute to follow up, reporting and management together with the rest of the Sustainability management and reporting team.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position holds a relevant university degree and has previous experience from similar work regarding management of sustainability issues in the supply chain in an international environment. You have strong project management skills with understanding of the different dimensions of driving change processes in a large organization. Comprehension of external expectations on large corporations regarding responsible supply chain is a must as well as high level of English and excellent skills in communication, both written and spoken.
You have a proactive mindset, ability to work strategically together with a very good organizational understanding. As a person, you are analytic with capacity to adapt information and act based on different perspectives. You have an outstanding talent to see the overall picture, prioritize and work towards set goals. You are a prestigeless and open-minded team player with ability to create synergies through a structured approach.
