Who do we think you are?
We think that you have a strong business mindset and that project management, problem solving, and financial modelling are some of your core skills. You will be a key player in ensuring that HMS continues our organic + M&A growth journey and reaches our targets. This means that you naturally understand and identify factors that will form and impact our strategy, and together with the CSO form the company strategy, especially within M&A, moving forward.
We believe that you have studied Industrial Engineering, Finance or Business Administration and have worked with management consulting, M&A or in a related field of business for about 3-10 years. You probably have a high interest for deal-making and know your financial toolbox.
We think that leading strategic projects as well as hands-on M&A transactions is something that motivates you.
What will the role be like?
The aim of this role will be to lead and drive the Group Strategy and M&A activities as well as support our Business Units in executing their local M&A activities. We think that you love a challenge and get excited by the idea of switching between strategic discussions with Group Management and hands on work in identifying, qualifying, and executing M&A deals.
The position will be based in our headquarters in Halmstad. We believe that you will be in the office 2-3 days per week. The role requires occasional international travelling.
