Scania Executive board decided in March 2018 to restructure the Group Regulations setup. We are therefore looking for a Group Policies Coordinator reporting to Head of Group Governance and Policy Management.
In this position, you will be part of an international & multicultural team working in a global environment with the opportunity to overview the whole global Scania business. You will be part of a team supporting Scania's journey towards a sustainable transport solution by enabling efficient handling of Group Regulations within the entire organisation.
Group Governance and Policy Management is part of the Group Governance, Risk and Compliance function, that reports directly to the President and CEO of the Scania Group.
Main responsibilities
• Support Scania Group Policy owners with template, referral process and alignment
• Prepare decisions for Corporate Governance Board and Executive Board
• Display Group Policies on Reflex and inform Top Management
• Support transfer of present policies to Scania Group Policies
• Support referral and implementation of Volkswagen Group Policies
Your profile
We are looking for a person who works in an organised and structured way. You have good writing and editorial skills, high integrity and the ability to communicate with top management as well as all parts of our organization. You probably have an academic degree and work experience from business/process development. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Swedish, German and other languages are considered as further qualifications.
As Group Governance and Policy Management is quit a new function you will be able to influence the development of the function and our way of working in line with Scania's well-established values and corporate culture.
