Join Our System Team - Shaping the Future of Electrical/Electronics & Connectivity
The System team is a highly strategic team of proficient architects and project managers within Electrical/Electronics & vehicle connectivity. The Systems team realizes the architecture & portfolio vision by building the supporting infrastructure that enables agile teams to design, innovate , implement, and deliver value effectively. The team works in close collaboration cross-functionally with all GTT & GTX functions of all the sites & drive impactful results. In this role you are expected to continuously drive the development of the team as well as to contribute to the development of the organization. You work closely with department leadership team to manage the portfolio, budget & take a crucial role in delivering product overtime aligned with roadmaps.
About the Role
As a member of the System team, you will play a critical role in driving results across all GTT and GTX functions globally. Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple sites, you will oversee portfolio management, budgeting, and the successful delivery of products in alignment with roadmaps. You will also focus on developing the team and contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization.

Who You Are
You are a results-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your Qualifications and Skills
* A master's degree in engineering, with 10+ years of product development experience in the automotive industry.
* In-depth knowledge of truck architecture, systems, and functions.
* Strong expertise in project management and a deep understanding of the Volvo Product Portfolio and Processes.
* Proven ability to balance stakeholder expectations while optimizing deliverables in line with roadmaps and QDCFS objectives.
* Exceptional strategic thinking skills to align team efforts with the department's vision and purpose.
* A track record of inspiring, motivating, and leading high-performing teams.
* A mindset for innovation and a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with extensive experience in a global environment.
