As Manager you will drive that we deliver the right quality at the right time to the right cost in our product projects. You will have to lead, balance and steer resource allocation and work load in the team and as well work closely with the other Group manager to secure resource balancing between the groups.
The daily tasks will also be to lead and develop the group in line with Volvo Value, Vision and mission and secure co-worker development.
To your support you will have a team of highly skilled and committed project managers.
Together with our colleagues within the AM community you have the possibility to be part of building an even stronger project management team and secure the Aftermarket business for the future.

Essential Skills and Needed Experience
• Experience from automotive development and project management
• Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
• Ability to recruit and develop effective teams were people take pride in being responsible for their complete deliveries and create a knowledge growing organization
• Drive to improve our way of working, with strong implementation skills
• Focus on development of people, operations and product and taking advantage of the full diversity of the team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Eager to learn and work with your own development
• High integrity, trust and ability to follow trough
• Experience from leader positions is an advantage
• University/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English spoken and written
