What you will do
As Group Manager for Diagnostics, you will :
* Lead an agile team of engineers, having diverse engineering and cultural backgrounds,
* Lead the development , delivery and maintenance of diagnostic fault tracing and operations in the aftermarket diagnostic tools/systems.
* You will manage the budget, resource planning, supplier deliveries as well as driving change to further product improvement
* Be part of the Global Diagnostic Management Team, and report to the Section Manager of Diagnostics Data, positioned in Gothenburg..
* Act according to Volvo values, champion the culture and promote diversity.
* Find yourself in a global environment spanning four continents coming together delivering data & diagnostic solutions to customers using our products all over the world.
You are also expected to drive change by continuously driving for a Lean Engineering setup.

You will lead one of the diagnostics teams, work closely with the peer manager and support the teams to deliver projects on time with quality. We believe you have a growth mindset and a keen interest in developing individuals and teams.
To be successful in this position you need engagement, a will to deliver, perseverance to drive change and strong collaboration/networking skills. You are today a senior manager, and you have a strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals/teams. You have a Bachelor/master's degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics or Computer/Data science with proven manager experience in leading teams handling and/or analyzing large sets of data. If you also have Diagnostic automotive experience that is a big advantage
