hela Sverige Do you have a passion for EHS and sustainability? We are now looking for a Group EHS Manager who will be a key player in providing coaching and counsel to the Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) functions at Husqvarna Group.
About us & our purpose
This position is located in the Business Assurance team, residing in Operations Development strategic Group function. In our team we strive to provide guidance, drive change and support the different Divisions with establishing the adequate strategies. We do this by developing processes and tools for efficient global execution of the daily operational Business Assurance areas such as environment, health & safety.
The Husqvarna Group Business Assurance function is set to form a sustainable business resilience by establishing and continuously improving compliance to global regulations, industry quality & safety standards and voluntary forward-looking initiatives for Economic, Social, Environmental values.
We are a team of 4 passionate colleagues and we work with all functions within Husqvarna Group.

This position offers big learning possibilities for you with the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of different EHS initiatives such as sustainability and other business assurance topics.
This position has no direct reports.
Your main tasks
Develop and lead global EHS strategy and ensure it is integrated through all levels of organization.
Establish accountability for EHS performance and develop strong EHS culture.
Develop, implement and maintain a suite of common metrics and EHS KPIs
Develop and implement global EHS reporting software to effectively collect and analyze all data.
Head and develop the existing Network governance within Husqvarna Group together with EHS responsible in the sites.
Develop and implement training programs for EHS to support global EHS and Sustainability objectives and be the trusted EHS expert.
Implement effective EHS inspection and internal audit processes with follow-up and close of non-conformities
Your profile
In order for you to be successful in this position we see that you are a team player that embraces constant change with strong interpersonal skills and a good ability to prioritize. Other requirements for this position are:
Bachelor or Master degree (does not necessarily need to be in EHS);
Experience in working with occupational health & safety topics for minimum of 3 years; Environment topics secondary.
Experience working in large company's
