We are expanding our Finance team and are now looking for a Group Business Controller!

This role is a full time employment and the primary location is Spånga, Stockholm.
The role will be mainly concentrating on the following areas:
Assist and support local management group and CFO with financial material and decision making and work closely with accounting team
• Extract, report, analysis of actuals compared to budget/forecast and deviation with explanations and prepare reports and presentation slides
• Ensure data quality and improve processes if needed
• Focus on sales and gross profit elements and profitability, production variances and R&D costs
• Lead budget (annual), forecast (quarterly) and monthly projection (weekly) processes
• Lead development of BI tool
• Support quarterly interim and annual reporting (business related data)
Who You Are
You know your numbers and check your numbers with a good commercial mindset to ensure they represent the results. You know what you are reporting, and the reports done by you support management understanding and decision making .
We are looking for a person who can be trusted with meeting deadlines and takes accountability and responsibility for your work, is pro-active with a positive can-do attitude, and solution oriented if there are needs to improve the way of working.
Ideal candidate for this position
• University degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Finance/Controlling role, preferably from an international listed company with R&D and production functions
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong at presenting data at high level but also detailed oriented when needed
• Structured and organized, and strong sense of ownership
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Experience of using various BI-tools and skilled in Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish
• Successful in work both independently and as a team member
