We are looking for a graphical designer / art director focused on the design of computer screen, user interfaces.
Job description
The job will be to work, in close cooperation, with internal resources to create a graphical user interface language - that is appealing and that makes it all very clearly, and above all consistent. The job will be managed by an internal resource that has control over the interaction / wholeness.
Required competence
• The main task will be to develop a graphic concept, after quickly taking on a framework of what has already been decided (some colours, sharing of information on different computer screens, specifying the font size and spacing of ISO 9241, etc.).
• It is important that the person is accustomed to working with pixel graphics for the computer screen, for example, used to optimize an icon for a certain number of available pixels, or to work with so-called anti-aliasing of text
• Several years of experience of relevant assignments
• Flexible, self-disciplined, able to manage own time and workload, proactive and motivated
Wanted competence
• Adobe Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop (or equiv.)
• Experienced in designing for complex user interfaces
• A portfolio of meritorious projects
