This is a key role in resolving the most challenging technical problems for our customers worldwide and you will contribute on the new arena with global clients in the enterprise segment. You will manage 2:nd line support cases from Qmatic's partner network as well as subsidiaries, which include communication with local support technicians, issue root cause analysis and corrections management. The tasks are often on a very complex and detailed level with daily interactions with the R&D team, located in the same facilities.

The nature of this role is from a technical point of view somewhere between support and development, with high focus on customer communication and satisfaction. Our global support team also plays a significant role in our product development process. As part of the role you will conduct technical product training sessions for our partners.

The position is based at our head office in Mölndal.

Your background
We believe you are an analytical and solution oriented person who enjoys working with people from different cultures. You must have the ability to build good relationships and work smoothly with others. To succeed in the role you should have a degree in computer science and high competency in network infrastructure, application servers (Glassfish, Jboss), relation databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux) combined with basic programming skills in Java, Java script, Python, HTML, XML. Good communication skills in English and Swedish is a prerequisite, Arabic is an advantage.
