Mission
The mission of the Global Supply Hub is to manage all information flows related to Global supply and distribution setup of global parts from suppliers into the Supply Chain network. The Global Supply Hubs (GSHs) manage the replenishment of Global Parts from external suppliers within the region for RDCs located globally. The objective of the Global Supply Hub is to reduce the transport costs between different regions, optimize the supply/distribution flows and ensure supply at external suppliers. - Mission of Global Supply Process developer is to identify and create the most efficient processes for Global Supply Hubs that bring the best results, support with reports and KPI monitoring, continuous process improvement.

Job Description - focus areas
* Identify and develop Global standard process for Global Supply Hub around: Assurance of supply
* Coordination of inbound volumes with suppliers
* Supplier performance development activities
* Optimization of supply flows from global suppliers into the supply chain network of the Epiroc

* Provide training and guidance to GSH team members
* Monitoring process adherence
* Support and manage projects related to process, systems and tools development
* Maintain process documentation
* Reports creation and KPI monitoring
* Lead continuous process improvement activities
* Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues

Education and experience
* Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related degree.
* Experience in the global supply chain and global distribution systems and processes.
* Experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management.
* Strong understanding of KPIs and reports
* Strong understanding across all modes of transportation for international transport.
* Strong English communication skill both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden (Örebro) or US (Allen). Global travel is required.
