About the team
This role sits within Total Rewards and strengthens our global reward organisation with deeper technical expertise while operating closely under the direction of our VP Total Rewards. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the global business as well as Finance, Legal and local HR teams ensuring global alignment and delivery of our reward strategy.
About the role
As Global Reward Manager, you will take a leading role in building our global benefits and pension framework, while driving in-depth analysis of our incentive programs and supporting high-quality material for the People Committee (Remuneration Committee).
This is a senior role requiring deep technical expertise within total rewards. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered with rigor, clarity, and impact. We are looking for someone who knows the reward domain thoroughly, communicates confidently with senior stakeholders, and consistently brings initiatives to completion. You will be a central enabler of our global reward agenda, with particular focus on benefits development, incentive program analytics, executive remuneration, and EU pay transparency compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Benefits & Pension
Lead the global roll-out of the AON agreement and manage annual renewal cycles
Do a global pension inventory and provide recommendations for the continuous work with global pension management
Conduct benchmarking and provide data-driven recommendations
Build and govern the global benefits roadmap and ensure program effectiveness

Reward Design & Analytics
Drive advanced reward analytics including KPI frameworks, cost modelling, and STI/LTI scenario simulations
Lead pay gap analytics and job architecture calibration processes
Prepare reward insights and decision material for Group Management and the People Committee

Executive Remuneration
Support design and governance of Tier 2 executive remuneration frameworks including contracts

EU Pay Transparency (Operational Lead)
Lead implementation to ensure full compliance by YE 2026
Establish governance, reporting structures, and country-level guidelines

About you
You are a senior reward professional with deep expertise in pensions, benefits, and incentive design. You combine analytical precision with business judgment and strong stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable engaging with senior leadership and preparing high-quality material for executive forums. You communicate complex reward topics clearly and confidently. Most importantly, you are delivery-oriented. You take ownership, drive initiatives across functions and geographies, and ensure that projects are completed with structure and quality.
Your skills and background
Extensive experience within global Total Rewards
Strong technical depth in benefits, pensions, and incentive structures (STI/LTI)
Solid experience in financial modelling and reward analytics
Experience supporting executive remuneration and governance processes
Strong project management capability in complex, multi-country environments

Location
This position will be placed in one of our main sites in Huskvarna or Stockholm. Also Malmö is a possible location. With our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
