We're now looking for a Global Renewal Manager who wants to participate in building our success story!
What you'll do
- Renew Subscription and Support contracts with our existing customers
- Help to standardise our commercial arrangements across the installed base
- Help the customers to realise greater value from our Software and Services
- Play a key role of our broader business transformation
- Grow the average revenue per customer
- Maintain and increase the current level of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers all over the world, and meet them
- Learn and grow your knowledge, skills and discipline of Sales
What you'll bring
- Commercial experience; Account Management, handling contracts and negotiations
- Passion about business development and creating new sales opportunities
- A hands-on attitude with a willingness to to roll up your sleeves, contribute, and add value
- An analytical and linear mindset
- Strong communication skills in English; both written and verbal
- It's beneficial if you have experience within Sales, IT Industry and/or within the Telco vertical
