hela Sverige The newly established role as Global Programme Manager encompasses the responsibility to manage and support a global multi-project customer within the area of technical product information. You will be pioneering, and influencing, Semcon's continuous work to be our customer 's strategic partner and your efforts will be crucial to our success.
The role
Acting out of Semcon 's headquarters in Gothenburg, you initiate and drive the development and implementation of common ways-of-working, best practice and methods - in line with the customer 's strategies. Through your agenda we achieve increased efficiency and enhanced quality in the deliverables as well as secure the position as the leading partner to our customer. Your success requires balancing the needs here and now with long-term objectives and to ensure stakeholder engagement. You will: set, communicate and implement strategies together with stakeholders and programme representatives conceptualise, coordinate and follow up programme processes manage programme deliveries to meet cost, time and quality targets improve and ensure effective collaboration between multisite teams guide and proactively support Business Developers and Assignment Managers drive and coordinate improvement projects, and establish relevant communities of practice and support knowledge transfer across sites and deliverables.
The role includes travels on a monthly basis; both within and outside of Sweden.
Professional Experience
You have extended experience within programme management from the ICT-industry and have developed abilities to:
operate pragmatically on a strategic level and integrate with existing projects to develop, execute and maintain a roadmap build strong stakeholder relations and manage customer expectations plan and implement projects characterised by high complexity from organisational, technical and change management perspective facilitate high levels of cooperation amongst multisite teams efficiently communicate strategies and current status to stakeholders understand the local for the benefit of the global actively work with KPI 's proficient in English both spoken and written
