We are looking for a Global Product Manager to manage the Western Blotting Consumables portfolio . This role presents an opportunity to join our dedicated, motivated team in Uppsala, Sweden.

Do you want to help transform the business managing the existing portfolio, maximizing its reach with commercial teams and developing next series of new products to transform the portfolio and develop skills in product management and product and commercial strategy, then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Take responsibility for the life-cycle management of Western Blotting product portfolio
Work closely with our global commercial teams and consumables reps to drive accountability for commercial success of the product ranges in the regions
Be accountable for the designated range of products and ensure that they meet customer expectations on functionality, quality, and product supply
Collect voice of customer inputs, competitor's intelligence, and market trends to contribute to the business roadmap and product development
Build business cases, financial models and work closely with R&D & Global Marketing Manager to exploring product ideas, defining product concepts, and launch competitive products that solve unmet customer needs
Define and bring to market new products in line with the overall business strategy. Ensure product success by defining and executing successful launch and post-launch activities including the delivery of launch and training material
Represent Cytiva, western blotting products in customer labs, conferences, and marketing events worldwide, and actively engage with regional and commercial teams to build strong relationships
Establish and manage a broad network of internal and external collaborations
Minimum of a Graduate degree or MSc degree or equivalent in chemistry, biochemistry or related scientific field required. 3+ years of experience in a Commercial sales or Product management and/or strong technical expertise in target customer segments and understanding of protein and nucleic acid analytical workflows or applications
Self-motivated, passionate and results oriented collaborator, comfortable with managing uncertainty and problem solving.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to handle a large number of internal and external collaborating partners through remote or in-person interactions globally
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology or other Life Science related field
At least 3 years working experience in a Life Science based business, preferable in product management, product marketing, sales or product development
Fluency in written and oral English
Strong presentation skills. Previous experience of presenting to senior management is a merit
Strong communicator, collaborator and team player. Effectively work in a matrix organization.
Capability to lead projects and teams
Keen interest in product management, development and innovation.
