We are looking for a candidate with a can-do mindset to continue take full ownership driving and completing our global strategic marketing initiatives within the parts and services area focusing on load haul and dump machines and Drivelines as a commodity across all applicable product lines.
You are a person preferable with mining and construction experience that are currently working in business related, service area, project management or similar positions and would like to grow your leading skills towards a global product management role in a high performing global team.

Mission
As Global Product Manager it's your overall mission to take full ownership on the LHD aftermarket and Drivelines as commodity. To take the business to the next level the focus will be on new business models based on data and digitalization, modularization and circular economy. This includes but is not limited to driving the global strategic business plan for the products per customer profile in close cooperation with the different key functions and capital division to design for aftermarket. The product owner demonstrate product leadership by creating and communicating the global vision, strategy and direction for the assigned products.
Job description
This roll will also have responsibility for create product plans including business case, ROI analysis, leading the interactions between the Product Management/Engineering teams regarding product roadmaps, product plans and new product introductions. You will ensures that all other departments have required marketing guidelines and strategies for them to do their daily tasks and support all products with marketing material, CC inquiries, campaign strategies.
To be succeed in this roll we think it 's important that you, facilitate the product management cycles by, establishing credibility, interacting and communicating with the other cross-functional teams. You are the face of the Parts and services division to the capital divisions and customer centers.
Personality and requirements
We are looking for a dynamic, structured and result oriented person with an openness to changes and who works proactively. In order to be successful, you must have a high level of personal drive, have good ability for relationship building and project management skills. You have a blend of business and marketing and a technical understanding of mining and rock excavation equipment.
This position requires a good team player, and ability to work closely with colleagues and present performance results to management.
Degree on university level in business or engineering or other relevant background and experience is required. Good command of English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
