We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Global Product Manager with consumer health, OTC or consumer medical device marketing experience.
You have a proven track record of delivering successful direct to consumer product launches, and experience with on-line and social media tools and channels.
You will be the business owner of our new Heat and Moisture Exchanger product portfolio, and develop and implement the global launch plan and materials. As an important part of the Global Product and Brand team, you will also drive innovation and secure portfolio pipeline in close cooperation with the Research and Development team.
Main job responsibilities
• Identify customer needs to achieve successful market entry of new portfolio
• Secure successful local implementation of global brand strategy in close collaboration with our 22 Atos countries
• Create strong use of key on-line and social media tools and channels to support company DTC strategy
• Create marketing and launch materials together with agencies
• Monitor competitor activity and inform internal stakeholders as needed, develop strategy to address competition if needed
• Interact, align, and work across functions with R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
Your experience and competencies
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
• > 3 year experience in product management , including project management and internal and external stakeholder management
• Outstanding written and verbal English communications skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Personal drive and a pragmatic "can do" mentality
• Commercial mindset and business acumen
• High working capacity and delivery according to plans
This position is located in our head office in Malmö Hyllie, with up to 60 days travel per year.
