hela Sverige The Global PR team at Thule is expanding and we are looking for a passionate and result-driven PR Coordinator to join us. As the Global PR Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of a highly engaged and success driven dream team with a daily passion and mission to deliver and promote great PR.
The Global PR Coordinator is responsible for actively participating in and contributing to our brand's overall communication and PR goals. We believe that you are highly motivated, performance and action oriented, but you also know the importance of being a team-player. You are naturally curious about people and the world around you, as you know this is a way to proactively identify PR opportunities.
In your role you know that the key to success lies in understanding the foundation of PR as well as maintaining the structure when you work across our global PR agencies and team.
The key responsibilities are:
Manage and coordinate all product orders for press and ambassadors to get maximum product visibility globally.
Support the Global PR Director in coordinating and instructing our local PR agencies to enhance our brand visibility globally.
Collaborate with the PR-team; coordinate and support local events and activities to ensure that everything we do align with our brand's values.
Implement part of our strategic PR in Sweden and nurture relationships with key media contacts. This means that you already have a proven media network and press relations of your own.
Prepare and present PR coverage and performance evaluation reports, highlighting key metrics and evaluating outcomes. Use key insights to suggest optimizations for our future work.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Share findings with the team to continually enhance our PR strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Team Player: Collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving. Naturally service minded.
Education and experience: Relevant education within PR, communication, or related field. Relevant work experience, preferable within a PR agency, minimum 2 years. Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English required, in both speech and writing. Additional languages is a benefit.
Communication: Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Structure: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask are a prerequisite for success.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to derive insights and recommendations.
