We are now looking for a Global Omni Merchandise Manager to one of our customer groups. As Global Omni Merchandise Manager, your contribution will make a big difference and you are expected to take on a driving role within the BU. Being the link between Assortment Office, Merchandise Managers and Global Merch Unit for your customer group

Key Responsibilities:
Be the link between assortment office, global merch unit and our regional merch managers. Constantly gathering feedback, supporting, and collaborating.
Globally responsible for the merch tactics of your customer group, collaborating with many different stake holders within the customer group as well as other global functions.
Translate assortment strategies into tangible and actionable commercial priorities and product activation plans. Sharing and driving these towards stake holders in our regions and in the global merch unit.
Drive product offer improvements by providing merch insights & recommendations as part of your collaboration with assortment product teams.
Support Assortment office and regions to optimize supply & demand - pre, in and post season tactics.
Analyze sales results and outcome of commercial focuses and drive actions to improve the results with the omni visual team and marketing.
Build a community with the Merch managers for your customer group through travelling, collaboration, coaching and support
Together with your GMM colleagues will you be an important contributor to the work and priorities within the global merch unit.
Be an informal leader in your customer groups Merchandising teams as well as towards our product teams, and in collaboration and communication towards our global and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we see that you are business minded and strategic with a big drive to achieve results. You have a strong fashion interest and a commercial eye combined with strong analytical abilities. You have advanced experience of commercial product offer optimization, stock and product life cycle management and a track record of creating profitable results. You turn insights into actionable strategies by setting the commercial agenda. You build trust and cater for great cross functional collaboration and communication. You enjoy a fast pace, ownership and being in the core of our business.
What you need to succeed:
Around 5 years' experience in merchandising or controlling, with at least 2 years in the role as Merchandise Manager in a region or similar.
Regional experience within the past 2-3 years is highly meritorious.
Previous formal or informal leadership experience in environment of advanced stakeholder management.
Excellent user experience from merchandising systems, tools and methods, such as SMT/KL, TDP, Power BI.
Experience from both online and store is advantageous.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
