What you will be a part of
This is a great opportunity to join our Global Mobility team; a corporate team responsible for all aspects of Saab's Global Mobility processes and programs. The team is part of HR Group Functions - Labor law and Industrial Relations and consists of six employees located in Järfälla and Linköping.
Your role
Ensure that Saab and its global workforce are compliant with global tax-, social security-, migration- and labor law by developing robust processes, secure adherence and increase awareness by improving internal communication. You will alert management of any risks with global movements and serve solutions for mitigating the same.
On a day to day basis you will:
continue to develop and implement a compliance structure for expatriates as well as frequent business travelers and support Global Mobility Specialists and HR Business Partners in the use thereof.
address and support in legal issues such as tax, social security and labor law as well as implementing policies when establishing in new countries.
The role's responsibility will also include upkeep of Saab's tax equalization process and policy and to secure a successful partnership with Saab's global provider of Expatriate Tax Services.
In addition to this, you will also support the labor law function, in general.
You will work closely together with Global Mobility Specialists and HR Business partners, but also other stakeholders both internally and externally.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for a person who:
possess strong confidence in compliance issues
has a pragmatic approach for risk assessment
is solution driven using creative and diversed ways to approach problems or responding to questions
is responsive of business needs.
As well as:
deemed to have strong interpersonal skills
ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships at all levels
ability to flourish in a team environment, as well as work independently
must demonstrate confidence, credibility and good judgement.
Together with this we think you have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, minimum 6 years of experience in related global mobility field, preferably with focus on taxes, and a law degree. Experience from the labour law field is a plus.
