We are now looking for a Global Master Planner! Join Epirocs Global Supply Hub and Transportation team - we are a small, agile and skilled team with a positive attitude that strive for better solutions and continuous improvements.
Your mission
Your mission in the role of Global Master Planner is to facilitate the Supply Planning process within Epiroc Supply Chain organization towards PCs and Sourcing. You will work on a strategic and tactical level, with emphasis on connecting our demand plan with decided run-rate for PCs and supplier forecast for sourced goods. You will deliver the volumes to the PCs and you will support the process participants and stakeholders. You will convey feedback and information from the PCs into the other process steps.
In addition to the areas of responsibility mentioned above the role also includes
* Communicate and train sales and operations planning process set-up to PCs.
* Maintain the Supply Review Presentation template aligned with global S&OP process.
* Prepare input for Executive S&OP Review.
* Communicate decisions and feedback between process steps.
* Evaluate PCs process maturity, benchmark and propose improvement potential to Global S&OP management.
* Contribute to the supply chain competence development throughout our organization.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years previous working experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving global supply chain and processes. You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and are very familiar with ERP systems. We also see that you have an education within Supply chain Management or solid work experience within Supply chain.
To enjoy the work as Global Master Planner, it is important that you have a genuine interest in both technology, people and teamwork. You must be very communicative and enjoy building trustful relationships in combination with strong analytical skills. Further, you are organized and solution-oriented with the confidence to independently act and deliver in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
The role requires both Swedish and English communication skills, both verbally and written. Additional language skills is a huge asset
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro or Fagersta, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
