hela Sverige Join Elekta at an exciting time! We are now looking for a driven and innovative specialist within Learning & Development and LMS for our client, Elekta. This is a consulting assignment via Wise Professionals lasting a year, with the aim that you thereafter will be switching to a full employment at Elekta.
Who we are looking for
Elekta is in the middle of updating and further expanding their learning offering to their employees and customers. At the center of this development is the implementation of a new LMS - a project driven by an international team within which you will be taking a key role representing our internal user.
We believe you are a technically savvy L&D professional with a deep understanding for training design and with documented experience in implementing and working in LMS systems. To be successful in this role you need to be business-oriented, innovative and feel comfortable navigating in an international organization at all levels across all business areas.
What you will do at Elekta
Once the LMS implementation is done, you will be working with maintenance and updates of course settings, and technical issue resolution together with the Global Education and Training Team and the Business. You will also continuously support the organization by making recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, reporting functions and user adoption.
A selection of your tasks:
Provide guidance and recommendations for decisions and/or problem resolution related to the LMS, especially during the implementation process and roll out.
Create, test and roll out trainings in the system as a part of the implementation process.
Identify and document processes and policies as needed to establish consistent use of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide LMS support and guidance to the site. Communicates and instructs on the basic usage of the LMS's functionalities and reporting capabilities to managers/group leaders/end users
Develop reports and queries that are concise, intuitive, and actionable for organizational users
Collaborate with site specific training initiatives, Subject Matter Expect and other departments to upload, manage and track LMS learning assignments
Identify, troubleshoots, and resolves problems with course design, LMS configuration and infrastructure
