We are currently seeking a new Global HR Process & Application Specialist, Compensation & Benefits, to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from the International Compensations & Benefit (ICB) team and Regional Specialists to drive process improvement and innovation in the Compensation & Benefits area.
Your mission
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with ICB to set the strategic direction and roadmap for the Compensation & Benefits process area, focusing on short, mid, and long-term goals. You will be responsible for processes and applications that are supporting the policies created by ICB. You will act as the Application Manager Business, adhering to the Epiroc application maintenance model, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of HR applications.
Your role will involve proactive market trendspotting and the implementation of solutions that best suit Epiroc's needs and goals. You will prioritize creating exceptional experiences for our people, managers, HR, and employees by delivering simple and user-friendly solutions that enhance overall efficiency. Leveraging digitization and agile methodologies will be essential enablers in achieving these efficiencies.

We believe in data-driven ways of working and in this role you will lead the way for data-driven methods in the area of Compensation & Benefits by identifing and developing Key Performance Indicators as well as state-of-the-art data analytics.

Your profile
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources Management, Business Administration) and a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. You have a strong track record of working as HR specialist and extensive knowledge in HR processes within Compensation & Benefits area. The successful candidate must have prior experience in project management and a proficiency in working with cloud-based HR systems, such as SuccessFactors or Workday, in a global context. Payroll and master data experience in considered benefitial.

The candidate should be a great communicator, both verbally and in written form, with exceptional presentation skills to effectively convey HR-related information to various audiences. Fluency in English, both in speech and writing, is a key requirement for this position, as clear communication is essential in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders and driving the initiatives forward. Moreover, we value continuous improvement mindset, innovation, and the ability to handle a variety of situations in a diplomatic way.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden, however for the right candidate we may consider other locations close to Epiroc offices within the CET time zone. Regular travel (6-8 times/year) is expected over next 2 years with the frequency decreasing over time.
