This position reports to Manager Global Service Desk HR.
Your mission
As a Global HR Analyst at Epiroc, your responsibilities will include:
* Promote and Support: You'll play a central role in promoting, supporting, developing and representing the use of globally selected tools such as SuccessFactors and Cornerstone using Service Now.
* Collaborate: Work closely with Global HR Process and System Specialists to drive digitalization and automation aligned with roadmaps and business strategies.
* User Experience: Serve as a 2nd line support and address queries and requests from HR professionals, managers, and employees, ensuring a seamless experience with our global HR tools.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze incoming incidents in Service Now, capturing learning needs and identifying areas for improvement.
* Initiate and Drive: Participate in pilots, sub-projects, and business collaborations to enhance our HR processes
Your profile
We are looking for a self-driven and flexible person, comfortable with working out solutions independently, who will take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results in a service-oriented manner. Apart from your ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders, you also have excellent communication skills that you feel confident using to explain and teach. You should be motivated by innovation and have a business mindset.
We expect you to have some knowledge and experience of HR processes, as well as working in cloud-based HR systems in a global context. On top, you are proficient in Microsoft O365 tools. Fluency in English language, verbal and written, is required and mastery of one or more other languages is highly desirable.
Other required qualifications:
• Min. 5 years experience in a similar role and previous project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR process analysis, system support, and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or similar HR Systems.
• Agile mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Location and travel
This position is preferably based in Örebro (Sweden) but other locations close to our offices in EMEA region might be considered for the right candidate. The role can be performed in a hybrid way. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
