The position
The role as Expansion Manager is key to support URKUND's ambitious growth targets for the coming years. As Expansion Manager you are responsible for finding newre-sellers and technical partnerships across the globe.
Assignment
• Identify and approach potential partners to URKUND, with the purpose of becoming URKUND re-sellers and establishing technical partnerships from a strategic standpoint
• Analyse market potential, prioritizeand develop local go-to-market plans based on both long term strategic and tactical considerations
• Evaluate and develop the partnership program including incentives and support in order to maximize commercial potential
• Be a part of the initial onboarding process of new partners in close cooperation with the Partner Development Manager
• Ensure participation of important trade shows and the similar in key markets
Experience and skills
• Experience from international business
• Sales driven with analytic approach
• Experience from international B2B sales
• Relationship builder; strong social skills and ability to create trust and understanding
• Outstanding oral and writing communication skills
• Fluent in English and preferably one other language (Spanish, French, Portuguise)
• Experience from the ed tech sector is a plus
Personality
• Love doing business - entrepreneurial spirit
• Feel secure in different business contexts
• Good understanding of cultural differences between local markets and experience of doing business in cross cultural settings
• Strong business acumen, analytic and strategic mindset
• Open for extensive travelling
