Global Electrolux Talent Program presents:
The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.
Procurement Solutions Global Admin - Krakow, Poland or Stockholm, Sweden
As a Procurement Solutions Global Admin, you will be part of the Electrolux IT Solutions Team and report to the Head of Procurement Solutions Business Area Europe & APMEA (BA EA). This role will be one of the key IT contact points for the Procurement-Finance Business organization globally and in BA EA. You will work closely with various stakeholders to help maintain, improve, and innovate the IT application landscape for procurement- and finance-related solutions. This entails both rolling out new solutions as well as helping the business organization understand how to leverage the existing technology. You will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain a clear understanding of business requirements that you will translate into solutions where problems or opportunities are identified.
To succeed in this role, you need to be keen on learning the processes of ensuring how to derive quality data from existing solutions, or how to improve those challenges with new ones. It is expected that the person in this role can closely work with their peers and leads to drive and organize activities required to execute the agreed plan from IT point of view. A successful candidate should be able to mix both strategic understanding of long-term vision with hands on operational implementation tasks.
A regular day at work:
Provide comprehensive admin and technical support for finance-related procurement solutions.
Support in developing and enhancing Spend Visibility solutions tailored for procurement-finance-related scope, to ensure data quality in reporting.
Proactively identify gaps and articulate requirements for new IT solutions targeted at procurement-finance solutions, with focus on Indirect Material (IM) & Logistics (LOG) Procurement, and Product Sourcing.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver suitable IT solutions.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners involved in the One Supplier ID initiative to ensure alignment and integration of IT solutions across business units.
Manage User Acceptance Tests (UATs), coordinate and conduct user training sessions, and ensure that users are effectively onboarded and supported.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive user and solution documentation to ensure that all team members have access to the latest information.
Provide domain-specific knowledge and guidance to other team members, enhancing the overall competency of the team.
Regularly provide and cross-align improvement suggestions to IT and Procurement stakeholders, aiming to optimize the IT solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or working together with IT projects would be an advantage, but it's not mandatory.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to document processes and solutions clearly and effectively.

Fluency in English
