Experis i looking for an Global Digital Consumer Experience Strategist for one of our clients within home appliances. The assignment is until September 2017 with the possibility of renewal.

GLOBAL DIGITAL CONSUMER EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Global Digital Consumer Experience (DCX) Team is part of the Global Marketing Team with the responsibility to accelerate the ability to build digital consumer experiences that drives profitable growth. A highly collaborative group of individuals who are experts in different fields of consumer experiences, the team is in charge of envisioning the future of digital experiences as well as enable global collaboration and new digital capabilities.

The Global Digital Consumer Experience (DCX) Strategist is responsible for supporting the Global DCX Team with digital experience analysis, strategies and solutions based on global as well as business area specific business requirements.

The Global DCX Strategist is an exciting role that needs a combination of relationship and problem solving skills to succeed. The role has global impact with many cross-organizational stakeholders at various levels that demand strong anticipatory, communicative and project management skills - skill required in a dynamic and global environment. The consultant selected will be expected to advocate the global consumer experience objective to the business as well as actively advocate business areas requirements to the Global DCX Team.

The Global DCX Strategist role is a key role within the Global DCX team, shaping the company's future digital consumer experiences. This position is specifically focused on consumer-focused initiatives, but may serve as a consultant/support agent regarding Business-to-Business digital strategy and projects from time to time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and business area stakeholders
* Effectively support adjustment of global DCX strategy to suit specific business areas
* Support knowledge & experience sharing by proactively deliver and present critical DCX insights, trends and best practices to group functions and business areas.
* Evaluate performance of DCX solutions, identify opportunities and define improvements.
* Accelerate business areas' ability to deliver on the global consumer experience objective by providing strategic guidance and, in collaboration, evaluate performance of DCX solutions to identify new opportunities, define digital priorities and develop joint DCX roadmaps.
* Lead cross department ideation and DCX review sessions to identify key business requirements and potential digital experience solutions (both in-person interviews and group facilitation).
* Collaborate within and outside the Global DCX team to craft DCX recommendations.
* Accelerate key digital capabilities and experiences by initiating and implement global DCX initiatives in collaboration with global and business area stakeholders according to defined roadmaps.
* Liaise between all levels of cross-functional teams to ensure qualitative solutions that deliver business results (team members cover multiple-disciplines in multiple environments including NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technical fields
* At least 5+ years experience in a digital experience, client-focused role.
* Experience working within global cross-functional, digital marketing organizations.
* Experience both with digital and technical projects.
* Experience supporting projects across web, mobile, and social environments
* Proven high level of project management skills
* Capable of leading global digital projects with a variety of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

* Proactivity - able to listen and anticipate the needs, concerns, and input from teams across the organization.
* Proven digital strategy development work that uses/supports user and business analytics.
* Autonomous in leading qualitative and quantitative projects.
* Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams.
* High level of adaptability.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Detail-oriented and well organized.
* Advanced facilitation and presentation skills.
* Experience in facilitating change in culture to embrace a data-driven and lean project approach.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

Fluent in English writing & speaking
