About the position
You will be an important part of the Wematter Sales team where you will supply technical know-how to both existing and potential customers as well as support in the ongoing sales processes. You will act as the link between sales, R&D, production, service/support and the market to further ensure that we deliver market leading quality in both the services and products of Wematter.
In the position as global deployment manager you will be key to securing quality in customer deliveries. This means that you will need to be able to manage your own agenda, enjoy having ownership of the process and like to interact with people.
Task list
• Act as a solution expert in relation to customers
• Secure quality in customer deliveries
• Support sales managers and KAMs in advanced customer projects
• Perform advanced trouble shooting and calibration of the system
• Continuously develop and improve the methods and instructions regarding system calibration
• Set internal requirements on the company production-, R&D and support organisations
Requirements
• Should have a relevant academic background (ideally engineer or similar)
• Shall have relevant experience from earlier positions (ideally from IT and/or Telecom sectors)
• Shall be able to initiate and drive an agenda
• Shall be excellent at both cooperating with others as well as working individually
• Needs to be able to build strong relationships both within and outside the organisation
• Should like to support others
• Needs to be able to express yourself in both verbal and written form (Swedish and English mandatory with other languages for additional merit points)
• Should have an ability to quickly be able to assimilate technical information and relate such in a clear and convincing manner
• Needs to love an environment where the needs and wants of the customer is in focus
