Right now we're looking for a Global Content Catalogue Specialist. Someone who can juggle stakeholder relations, communication content briefs, artworks approvals and local launches. That someone with a critical eye for the detail and passionate about reaching the many.
About the assignment
As a key player within IKEA Catalogue you will work closely with the many stakeholders throughout IKEA to ensure that the total content we develop is based on insights, that it is consumer and customer centric and support the achievement of the overall IKEA vision. In this role you will lead defined assignments in the development of IKEA Catalogue content, supporting the Catalogue work-stream in the content development and release process, from initial conception through to completion.
The assignment will include:
• Develop communication content brief for the content topics related to the Catalogue.
• Briefing and approving debriefs from creative partners.
• Support approval of insights-driven concepts, as well as final ideas and produced content for delivery to stakeholders for production and distribution.
• Approve final solutions for the studio set and participate onsite during shootings, securing the outcome is according to the brief.
• Receive feedback from different stakeholders, critically evaluate and decide where to take action.
• Final approval of assigned Catalogue artworks.
• Secure that Catalogue Specialist from the Retail markets are on board continuously throughout the process and act as their main contact for input and questions.
• Organize kick offs and events to create togetherness among the different teams, based on a common understanding of the overall vision and goal.
• Collaborate closely with Retail to create supporting PR material for the local launches of the Catalogue.
• Support briefing of agency to evaluate the success of the Catalogue and share research results with relevant stakeholders.

You are structured, service minded, driven, positive, goal and solution oriented as well as ambitious. You also have:
• Good understanding of consumer and customer engagement.
• Ability to understand consumer and customer engagement as well as stakeholders needs.
• Ability to create relevant content with inspiring and surprising solutions.
• Strong interest in home furnishing and good knowledge of the IKEA business and current ways of
working, as well as experience in creating marketing communication products.
• Outstanding people skills and ability to create confidence, build and manage trustful relations with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (both writing and speaking).
