Mölnlycke are now looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Global Talent and Rewards department. In this role you will be a member of the Talent & Rewards team. You will report to the Global Director of Talent and Rewards and be located at the HQ in Gothenburg.

Together with your team you will drive the creation of global policies and practices for Mölnlycke's compensation and benefits programmes. You will help embed these globally, educating and providing tools and support material to the global HR community. You will work guiding and supporting HR departments and managers in 35 countries around the world, working with different cultures and backgrounds and also with different timezones, which may occassionally require some flexibility in your working day.

You will work to create the specific compensation practices that drive most value for Mölnlycke exploring best practice examples and using your best judgement in creating what drives most value and employee engagement for the company.

You will participate in running the annual compensation cycle, which includes performance rating and calibration, salary and bonus planning. This is a high activity period in the year, between December and March and you will work closely with Daniel and Anna in getting all employees globally successfully through it.

The specific areas for which you would take individual leadership are:

• Job Evaluation/Grading
• Leadership of market surveys
• Production and governance of salary structures
• Benefits
• Leadership of global projects

This position requires an university degree and minimum 3 years of experience from working with HR, ideally within a global company. Because we work in a global environment and our colleagues are located all around the world, it's important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You have earlier experience of working with Compensation & Benefits.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a self driven and solutions-oriented person who adapts easily to change. You have great communication skills, are a true team player and find it stimulating to work with both co-workers, managers and senior management. Further you have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
