The focus of the Global Supplier Management team for MarCom Services is to maximize return of Investment, reduce risks, increase transparency and control of third party spend by ensuring we have a high performing supplier base support-ing Tetra Pak's needs.
In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our business stakeholders to drive the right decisions, balancing risks and opportunities to deliver the best value from supply market and supplier management itself.
Understanding business needs and requirement in a very changing and rapid environment, with the ability to take a strategic holistic approach to the different categories is key to develop and execute the category strategy.
Supplier relationship management includes proactive upstream engagement to facilitating value adding development, supplier enabled innovation and continuous improvements
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and execute category strategy
• Act as a proactive business partner, understanding business needs and requirements.
• Sourcing, contracting and management of supplier base including cost/spend analysis, drive supplier selections (RfI/RfP/RFQ), lead commercial negotiations, secured contracts
• Supplier performance management including measurements and KPI
Qualifications
We are looking for a result oriented, driven and analytical candidate with a strong business mindset, who wants to continue to develop further within strategic sourcing.
Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities, enable you to easily interact across borders between business stakeholders and suppliers. We believe you have a solid supplier management background with strong commercial skills and a proven track record in business partnering, negotiations, category management and supplier relationship management.
A genuine interest in digital marketing to transform the opportunities into added business value is key for success in the role.
The successful candidate has a university degree in combination with at least 5 years' experience from strategic sourcing preferable within Marketing. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
