GLOBAL CATEGORY DIRECTOR - WELLNESS
We are now looking for a Global Category Director for our global nutritional supplement business Wellness. The Wellness product portfolio seeks to target new beauty and health conscious consumer groups, looking for a holistic approach to enhance beauty from within. The Wellness products are developed in line with Oriflame?s core identity, inspired by nature and best of science, further strengthening Oriflame as a unique and innovative company.
The Wellness portfolio has been launched in 45 countries and the roll-out continues with new product launches and new market entries during the coming years with high expected growth rates.
Your responsibilities
The position holder will manage the portfolio development of the Wellness business unit globally by developing sales tools and plans as well as supporting the regional organisations to further increase sales growth. The role is also a key position in the category?s management team, which is responsible for all category strategies such as profit and loss, product development, production, registration, marketing and sales activities.
You will support and lead the Global and Regional Wellness Sales Managers in their work to boost sales in each respective region. When necessary, you will support markets locally by participating in their sales events and trainings. You report to theVice President of Global Commercial Marketing and the position is based in Stockholm.
What we are looking for
MSc or similar university degree in business and/or nutrition
At least 20 years working experience, out of which at least 15 years should be within the nutritional and/or food industry
At least 10 years experience as manager from the Direct Selling industry
Sales experience in an international Environment
Fluency in English
Experience of working with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
You are communicative and outgoing. You have a strong interest in health and fitness and you have a high drive and a passion for your area. You are a team player and you are eager to learn and develop. As a leader you are engaging and inspirational.
