Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The main responsibilities will include:
• Develop global ranging strategies with global PM , working with regional leaders- tailored solutions for the market maturity in each region. . Managing & develop the range within water filtration and other new business categories according each regional needs and in line with generation plan(s). . Identify and develop new business opportunities. . Strategic alliances & co-operations . Cross sector co ordination and business development ( ex. water-filter & air-filters )
• Brand & trademark licensing . Explore opportunities in new trade channels , B2B sales opportunities . Being the interface between the commercial departments . Presenting plans and activities as well as results for Management Team. . Continuously drive sharing of best business practice between the regions. . Co-ordinate sales opportunities global / international accounts . Participate and contribute in GCA leadership group ( GCA head ,regional leaders) . Participate in global product board meetings In this position it is important to involve the knowledge and experience from the Sales function.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Knowledge
• Experience in external & internal sales process of C&A and also finished goods , also making new product introduction & presentation to local sales team in a market. . Product marketing of consumer goods . Go to market experience of FMCG or/and durables .'Project leadership . External supplier negotiations additives & technologies . Strong knowledge/interest in the water filtration area and new business opportunities . Computer skills - Microsoft Office Products . University degree International Marketing, Business Administration or Sales . 5-7 years marketing working experience, preferably within Consumer Goods area . Documented experience from sales or retail is a clear plus . International marketing experience

Result oriented , strong drive to succeed . Capability to communicate at all levels of the organisations . Capability to work in a multinational and multifunctional environment .
