About the role
As a customer service manager at Academic Positions, you will be part of an international team where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Your main responsibility will be to provide our customers with a high standard of service, mainly through email and by phone. You will handle part of our inquiries and work closely together with our activation team and head of sales.
To be a fit for this role, we are looking for the following requirements:
The ideal candidate is organised, self-driven, and has attention to detail
Service-minded with experience in communicating with clients on behalf of a company
Embraces a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication skills
Team player with a positive mindset
Self-driven problem-solving attitude and a curious mind
A passion for customer satisfaction
English and German, written and spoken, is a must
Your role & responsibilities
Quality assurance and further development of our internal processes for customer service
Handling all inquiries in the customer service email inbox
Responding to and distributing incoming orders within the organisation
Being direct support for our agency clients and their main point of contact
Arranging invoicing details and purchase orders for our AP clients
Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
