At Potentialpark, a Product Manager does more than just own a product and prioritize backlog. In this role, you support our vision by doing research and discovering new ideas that can influence the world of recruiting and Talent Communication; and by that help millions of job seekers to find the work and place where they belong.
When we have something we believe in, we build it - and that can go fast. Qualitative data analysis, finding in-depth insights and UX testing are essential parts of the process. As a Product Manager, you are a leader and an expert within Potentialpark and the industry, and you influence how both Product and Developers work, by easily zooming out from implementation details to strategy.
What you'll do
• Ensure that the product development is in line with the strategy and ensure that deadlines are met
• Define the product vision, strategy and supporting metrics required to deliver a best-in-class product
• Manage and develop existing and new products, including defining product roadmaps, long-term plans and setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team
• Serve as the Product Owner with the Digital Development team, leading sprint planning, prioritization, and definition efforts
• Lead a small team which works on analysis and the production of specific reports
• Create insights, reports and prepare client presentations and proposals
• Build your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as a speaker and marketer

What we expect
• A university degree; minimum Bachelor's
• 2-5 years of proven work experience within project management or product development, preferably in a digital environment
• Professional German and English in both writing and speaking
• Additional skills in French is a big advantage
