We are now looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to Anyfin.

Here is your chance working at a thriving startup based in Sweden making it dead simple to save money on installments and credit cards. The company wants to put a stop to overpriced financial products and capture generations fed up with traditional banks. This is a small but fast-growing team of 100 co-workers specializing in design, programming, artificial intelligence, customer success and credit underwriting. Working for Anyfin is an exciting journey, where the people are all close to the decision making and the development of the company. Here you get to constantly explore new ways, fail fast and challenge yourselves to improve.

You will work at Anyfins office in central Stockholm and be part of a team that loves doing things together, as well as, of course, provide the best service possible to the customers.

This a direct recruitment to the company.

What will you do?

Anyfin have just launched thier services in Germany and needs to extend their team with a new ambitious, competent and kind team member! Being a Customer Success Agent at Anyfin consists of three major areas:

• Working with tasks such as translations, improving processes and find the best way to grow the business in Germany.
• Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers.
• Handling communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media.

They are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.

So what will we ask for you?

• Excellent communication skills in German and English, if it is your mother tounge that is even better!
• If you have experience in credit handling and customer service that is of course a good thing, but not required

As a person we hope that you are keen to learn and willing to take initiative. We hope that you are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you.

Since Anyfin contains of people from all around the world, their company language is english.

Location: Stockholm City. Work from the office.
