Horseonline AB is looking for a dedicated and passionate customer service representative to strengthen our team. As a fast-growing e-commerce company in the equestrian industry, we strive to offer our customers the best possible service. With your help, we will continue to provide our customers with the high-quality service they deserve.
About the Position:
As a customer service colleague, you will play a central role in providing excellent service and support to our customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the assistance and information they need for a seamless shopping experience. The position is part-time (25%) and based at our newly built office & warehouse on Pilotvägen in Kalmar.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Providing product information and guidance to customers regarding our range.
Managing questions regarding orders, returns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
We are looking for someone who is fluent in German and/or French and has strong communication skills in Swedish and/or English.
Is a dedicated team player who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Has a service-oriented and professional attitude, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with a solution-oriented mindset.
Has good computer skills and experience working with digital tools and systems.
