We operate across a culturally rich and diverse context, engaging with communities and clients in Türkiye, Sweden, Iran, and Afghanistan. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, culturally fluent, and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our art gallery and boutique hotel. This hybrid role requires deep understanding of the art scene, excellent hospitality standards, and strong networks across Türkiye, Iran, and Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will be trilingual in English, Turkish, and Persian, and will act as the cultural and operational bridge for both business units. Key Responsibilities: Art Gallery Management: Curate exhibitions, manage artist relations, and oversee installation of artworks. Organize cultural events, openings, and art talks. Develop partnerships with artists, collectors, and institutions in the region. Manage sales and documentation of artworks. Maintain gallery inventory and archival records. Hotel Management: Oversee daily operations of the boutique hotel via Airbnb, ensuring high guest satisfaction. Manage reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Implement service quality standards aligned with the brand's luxury and cultural identity. Train and supervise staff across departments. Cross-Functional: Build and maintain strong networks in Türkiye, Iran, and Afghanistan. Serve as the primary contact for VIP clients, partners, and media. Lead marketing efforts, both locally and regionally. Ensure compliance with local regulations and hospitality standards. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in both business management, preferably on international level(at least 3-5 years). Fluency in English,Turkish, Persian (written and spoken) Swedish is preferable. Strong network in Sweden,Türkiye, Iran, with proven ability to leverage connections. Experience in multicultural management, or related fields. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Multicultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar fields. Experience in marketing, business development, public relations, and event planning. Familiarity with art sales platforms and hospitality reservation systems.
