What you'll do
Lead a global team of marketers to set and achieve demand generation and brand awareness goals that support business growth and the development of business strategy for the businesses within the Genomics & Cellular Research division
Support the VP of Genomics & Cellular Research in assessing and prioritizing market growth opportunities and risks and in developing appropriate action plans
Partner with sales leadership on commercial strategy for research, industrial, and diagnostic market segments
Accountable for marketing RoI for the Genomics & Cellular Research division of Cytiva
Leverage Danaher Business Systems methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and processes
Represent the Genomics & Cellular Research division on the Cytiva Marketing Leadership Team
Who you are
Demonstrated 10+ year history of building and leading marketing, product management, communications and/or sales teams
Proven ability to conceptualize and drive beneficial change in a global, heavily matrixed organization
You will possess previous domain experience as well as a deep understanding of G&CR its markets and customers
Strong history of launching products, generating marketing campaigns and leading brand messaging
Ability to lead synthesis of customer voice, market intelligence, financial data, and commercial feedback into business strategy and drive that strategy to action by collaborating with peers and other associates
Excellent analytical and communication abilities with comfort presenting at the senior executive level
Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Preferred: Expertise in genomics, diagnostic testing, life sciences research, and/or laboratory consumables
