Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to your specific position the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

As Recycling Specialist you will become part of the Recycling Team in our central Sustainability organization that works with Recyclability and recycling of Tetra Pak packaging, in the context of a Circular Economy. You will focus on how the recycling solutions for our packaging can be improved and how the product design can be improved in order to increase recycling rates. You will work as a central expert - analyzing, mapping and driving projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. We hope that you will develop into an important future leader within sustainability for our organization.

Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about the areas of recycling, circular economy and sustainability.


Qualifications
• You have/will have a Master's degree within science/engineering, finished 2019-2020 (newly graduate). It is a plus if you have studied, paper and/or plastic materials and recycling and/or circular economy.
• You possibly have maximum of one year relevant experience within the above areas.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
