Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 1-2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are recruiting for two Future Talents to join our Development & Engineering Materials & Package Organization. One Future Talent focusing on Packaging Material Analysis and material testing in laboratory & one Future Talent focusing Packaging Material Development, both operating within our development projects.
Both of these roles offer a combination working with theory and hands on analysis, development of new material solutions and understanding of material surfaces, behavior and interactions. Joining D&E Materials & Package organization you will play an important role when being part of developing the future sustainable and recyclable packaging materials. Entering either one of these two roles, you will become material specialists within our Development Projects. We offer two technical roles with possibly to influence our business direction. We hope you develop into important Technical Specialists for our organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, curiosity and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what about the area of Material Science.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree within Material Science, Chemical Engineering or Engineering Physics. We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) within paperboard or polymers.
• You have finished your Master's in 2019 or will finish your Master's Spring 2020 (newly graduate).
• You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience within analysis work, material analysis, laboratory work, material development and development projects.
• Experience or studies within recycling & sustainability and/or project management is a merit.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
