WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
At Oatly, we're all about fostering a customer-centric focus and driving positive change in the food industry. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and have fun along the way! We are looking for a Fulfilment Coordinator for one year temp contract to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their Oatsome products seamlessly. In this role, you'll play a valuable role in managing customer orders and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service. If you're a collaborative individual with international experience and a passion for building strong relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine!
Here's what you can expect in the day-to-day:
• Be responsible for order management, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, in the right amount to the right place and with an all-time high service.
• Keeping in daily contact with customers regarding the status of their orders to provide world-class service.
• Keeping track of stock balances and having daily contact with 3PL.
• Developing close collaboration with internal stakeholders in the Supply Chain such as Planning, Logistics, Quality and Sales, but also finance.
• Handling customer complaints and processing claims and credit notes.
• Be responsible for keeping processes and work instructions within the area of responsibility up to date.
• Follow up and contribute to strategic goals.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE You have experience within Supply Chain Operations, preferably with customer service and Order fulfillment.
You understand how to handle customer claims with a sharp and on-point service level.
You're experienced in ERP environments - preferably Dynamics D365.
Fluent in English, verbal and written. It would be extra awesome if you can speak and write in French and in Spanish, its not a must but a plus.
