As our Fraud Specialist, you help us achieve ambitious goals within Fraud. We are looking for a person who is inspired by change and has a high interest in banking. As Fraud Specialist you will carry out the daily work in connection to the bank measures to prevent Financial Crime. We create solutions that simplify finance

In this role key is to protect the business, its assets and its income streams against financial crime risks. This includes analysis of data to identify financial crime risks, trends and behaviors.

More specifically your main tasks will be:

• Financial Crime Monitoring and Investigation
• Monitoring and follow up of suspected fraud cases
• Investigate suspected and confirmed fraud cases, for example by gathering evidence, researching and analyzing relevant information
• Coordinate incidents in line with routines in the Local Instruction

Main responsibilities:

• Be Point of contact for Fraud related issues in the team
• Assist with management of these (Fraud) areas.
• Contact with stakeholders
• To cooperate with other authorities to prevent and investigate financial crime
• Be Point of contact for Fraud related issues in the team
• Assist with management of these (Fraud) areas.
• Support and deliver Fraud training for existing advisors within the contact center.
• Take own actions to prevent fraud
• Perform general administration including compiling standards of evidence, updating customer management system information, written correspondence to victims of fraud and completing witness statements for government and law enforcement agencies.
• Reviewing and researching evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and synthesize data into a professional report with recommendations.
• Prepare a police report, secure proof and ensure that police report is made.
• Join and participate in forums, implement fraud improvements - how can we reduce the fraud

Are you the one for Ikano?

As a person you are open minded, precise and you are used to work independently. You have excellent communication skills as well as analytical skills. You are competent in handling the MS-Office applications. You have full proficiency in back office IT based fraud prevention systems as well as in data analysis tools. You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English.

You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable position. You have recent experience of working with preventing financial crime.
