We strengthen Scania 's competitness with both the products of today and of the future through industry leading competence, effective processes and crossfunctional teamwork. From our production unit in Luleå we have daily deliveries to Scania 's assemblies in Södertälje, Zwolle and Angers.
We are looking for a Finance Manager with solid financial experience.
You will have a key role for us as member of our management team and part of the company's board. Together we deliver on strategy, objectives and financial targets.
Main responsibility
You will lead the work to ensure a good financial control and clear communication of the financial situation regarding the business areas.
Since Ferruform AB is its own legal entity within Scania CV, this means that you as CFO have responsibility for financial reports internally, to the company board and to Scania Group. You will have many contact areas throughout Scania in this role.
We expect you to work closely with the business and together with your team you will continue to drive change and supporting the operational business.
The main areas of responsibility for the finance team are;
Financial reporting
Budget and forecast
Investment process
Product costing and profitability analysis
Support / controlling
Accounting and taxes
Your profile
We are looking for an business minded person with leadership skills and solid financial background. To thrive as our new CFO we see that you have the competence to balance different interests, e.g. long-term development, short-term deliveries and co-worker's actual situation.
You have the skill to convert needs into clear goals and deliveries for the team and surrounding interfaces. In order to reach out and have impact you have strong communication skills.
We are looking for a person with:
Degree of Master of Science in Business or equivalent with several years of relevant work experience
Ability to combine a strategic view with operational skills
A genuine interest in developing individuals and teams
High integrity
It is a merit if you have experience of working in the manufacturing industry and experience of larger business systems.
