ApartDirect rents different apartments on several different addresses in Stockholm. Theis furnished apartments are well tended and they have a serviceteam just a phone call away, ready to assist 24 hours/day, to make sure their guests feel safe and comfortable during their entire stay. Just Arrived is now on behalf of ApartDirect looking for a star to join their devoted service team.
The work is full time and the working hours vary from daytime, to nights and weekends. This is to begin with a six months consultancy assignment through Just Arrived, after which there are good chances of the assignment being extended, or you being employed directly with ApartDirect. What will you do?
ApartDirect offer service to their guests 24 hours of the day, so the working hours are very flexible and you would be expected to work daytime, evenings, nights and on weekends. You will join their team of service people who drive around to answer all the tenants calls. When something is broken, malfunctioning or needs fixing, you will be the one who responds. This can range from fixing the internet or TV, to mending a broken handle or a squeeky door.
Some of your work tasks include
Work with general maintenance in the apartments
Work with preventive maintenance
Mending broken interior
Assisting in fixing malfunctioning TV, internet or other electric equipment.
Who are we looking for?
When you see something that needs fixing, you are expected to show initiative and take care of it, and you should be a person who sees solutions to every challenge. Your work tasks demand that you are very handy, used to working with tools, and that you are comfortable and have sufficient knowledge about technical and electric equipment. Since you will meet ApartDirect's guests you of course need to be friendly and have a smile on your face while helping them. ApartDirect's guests are very varying in nationality, so a good level of English is a requirement for this position. You need to be able to both work independently, and from time to time work with your team members, so an ability to cooperate and communicate well is a must.
The requirements for this position are
Swedish Driving License
Relevant experience from working with maintenance
Experience from handling a variety of tools and equipment
A good level of English, written and spoken
An ability to show initiative and make decisions
Flexibility in working hours
A problem solving attitude
