Within Scania Connectivity at Scania R&D, we are looking for you who want 's to taken on the role as a manager for the team IOT Gateway Offboard.

The group is responsible for the Message Platform, all communication with our connected equipment, including the Telecom interface. We have many customer interfaces and are a critical integration point.
Assignments
Your most important task will be to provide the prerequisites needed for your employees to be successful in their job, every day. You will be supporting and strengthening the team as they carry out their work within our agile development process.
In your role you will be responsible for the strategic overview of the deliverable functionalities together with the product owner.
You will work closely with the other managers within Connected Systems and contribute with your experiences and perspectives so that we can become more efficient and better in our work together. We work togheter with such as strategical planning and organization development.
Your profile
You are a natural, proven leader and collaborator, with strong management and leadership skills and develop your leadership continuously.To succeed in this position, you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges.
As a leader you have a lot of enthusiasm and you are eager to see the results and to see your group members grow.
We are looking for a can-do mentality combined with an analytical mindset and structured way of working. An interest in the customer is important.
We think you have a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent and experience from leading software development in an industrial setup. You are experienced and interested in agile system development, connectivity, embedded development and AWS.
The role reqiure that you communicate fluently in English, and if you do not already communicatqe in Swedish, you should have the ambition to learn.
Knowledge about Scania and Scania 's methods and processes is meritorious
