Today, EFUEL is one of Sweden's largest retailers of electric car chargers and offers products to both private customers and companies. With a strong network of well-trained partners, EFUEL offers installations throughout Finland.
About the role:
The position as Finnish-speaking Customer Support is a permanent full-time employment with 3 months probationary employment. We are looking for you who are communicatively good, have a great drive and are passionate about service.
We are happy to see that you are technically interested and see sustainable development as something important. In the role, you communicate with companies, private individuals and tenant-owner associations. Especially via email, chat and telephone, where you answer questions, provide service and ensure that customers feel safe and satisfied with their purchases.
You will have good opportunities to develop within the company and having variating working days.
About you:
To be successful in the role, we are happy to see that you have experience of working in customer service or sales, in IT / Technology. However, this is not a requirement, but your drive and interest in this role will be crucial. If you have experience from the electricity or car industry, this is seen as a strong merit.
In addition, you are independent and solution-oriented in your work, passionate about the customer journey and contribute with high energy to the workplace.
To be able to manage this role, you need to be fluent in Finnish, both written and oral. Knowledge of English and Swedish is a big plus.

Form of employment: This assignment is initially a consulting assignment with great opportunities for over-recruitment within 6 months.
